Error of My Ways is dedicated to helping women navigate and embrace the challenges that we all inevitably confront as we embark on our journey to accomplish our goals and achieve our full potential. It’s almost never the length of the trip, or the work we have to perform that holds us back from arriving at our destination, but very often it’s the lack of confidence, courage, and/or capability to deal with the tests that life doles out along the way. Our readers are real women who experience, doubt, fear, and question their abilities but choose to use these feelings as fuel to ignite their fire. The resources found here offer permission to fail but never to give up; consent to doubt but never to lose faith; approval to admit you don’t know, but never to stop learning. The spirit of this community belongs to those who believe they can, and won’t stop until they find a way.

Error of My Ways mission is to address the needs of highly ambitious women in search of a support network where each person is valued as having something to offer, where action trumps knowledge, and where the mindset and skills needed to succeed are self-generated. Error of My Ways is designed to offer the inspiration, motivation, and education to tackle obstacles and turn them into opportunities for continuous improvement both personally and professionally.
